After an enjoyable day traipsing about in Honolulu it was time to relax with a popular Hawaiian Mai Tai. Composed of dark and light rum, orange curaçao, fresh lime juice and orgeat (a nuanced almond syrup), it was delicious. Even the pineapple wedge tasted great!
