Yosemite gives and gives visually, of course, but then sometimes a golden sunset is added! Taken from the far bank when the insects started to bite. It required merged bracketed exposures to capture the very wide dynamic range of the sunset and reflection in the Merced River.

The amazing and literally Golden Hour light hit the cliff face and once it moved off the waterfall, I took the shot. With the sun directly on the waterfall, it would have been over exposed. The reflection of the light in the Merced River just added to the image.Equipment
