Hmmm comment is er niet, nog maar een keer.
Niet heel erg productive op dit ogenblik!
Wel een erg fraaie foto, alles klopt weer.
I am very glad you joined my "October 2020 Collection" challenge, thanks. I wish you the very best luck.

Good pictures tell good stories. I will bet there are miles of stories to tell in the wear and tear of these shoes.

Ik Blijf het een fantastische foto vinden.
You have given 2020 a positive swing that is really (nice) positive, a contribution to the Year 2020 Collection. As always, the competition will be tough, which, as an added consequence, makes the victory taste very sweet. Good luck and probably for the … time: Happy New Year and stay healthy in 2021!

Location
I took this photo in downtown Lisbon, Portugal.Time
It was just past noon, the sun was at it's highest point.Lighting
I had to be careful not to get burned highlights because of the fierce sun.Equipment
I have a Lumix DMC-TZ100 free out of hand, all my photos are taken with this little miracle of a camera...The best thing about this camera is that it has a relatively good Leica lens and it is very easy to carry with you because it practically fits in your back pocket.Inspiration
We just finished a small hike and went to Lisbon looking for a nice little restaurant when we passed a small stone staircase with these walking boots left behind in such a photogenic way. The red lining in the boots created a wonderful focus point interacting with the fresh green of the weed growing out of the stonework. It was one of those spontaneous compositions that tells a story a story like our story that day.Editing
I did a little post-processing in Lightroom to emphasise the colors and textures. In my camera bag
I don't have a bag of equipment at all, only my Lumix DMC-TZ60, a wonderful intelligent automatic pocketcamera wich practically fits in my backpocket. It shows that you do not have to use expensive and big cameras to achieve nice results...Feedback
If you want to take a photo like this one, try to create a simple composition with a nice background. Be careful with the direct sunlight because it creates hard highlights and dark shadows. If you look at a subject to photograph, you have to try to realise what you want to achieve, Try to find the good light, the right point of view and the best composition... And most of all, take more shots with slightly different settings so you can choose the best one, once you get home and open your laptop when the magic of today's digital world begins... I always crop it later into the size and composition I like best. Crop the photo in different ways, so you can choose the best one the next day when you can have a fresh look at them!
