I was glancing around my caravan when I came up with the idea of photographing my guitar. I thought of this novel composition allowing just enough depth of field to allow sharp focus across each string in a diagonal plane akin to a chord scale or something akin. I allowed just enough woodwork to make it less abstract and more appealing to a music loving audience. The after effects are a small lift in clarity, some adjustment of tones and a bluesy split tone all done in lightroom. The camera was a Canon EOS550d paired with the old outstanding Sigma 28mm F4.5 and lit with Metz 58af 1.
