My day job is in the high voltage overhead power-line Industry. This is a photograph of three of my linesmen working to install new glass insulators of a twin conductor 275kv L2 suspension tower. This work was taking place at a height of around 40 meters which is typical of this job. As the sun was shining through the new insulators I set a small aperture on the canon 70 200 L lens to produce the star like aberrations, I love the way the sunlight has effectively rim lit the linesmen, and ropes.
