I took this at the Sandusky train station in Ohio.Time
It was just after dusk.Lighting
I didn't use any lighting. I wanted to capture the fog just how it lookedEquipment
I used my Canon 70D with my 24-105 F4Inspiration
I have always wanted to capture this unique building for a ling time. Then the fog rolled in just as it was getting dark. I love the fog and combined with the building, I knew I had to make it black and white.Editing
In post, all I did was desaturate to black and white. In my camera bag
I am crazy in the fact that I bring almost all of my equipment with me all the time. In my back pack is my Canon 70D. Usually attached to my Tamron 150-600. Other lenses I have in my backpack are Tamron 90mm f2.8, Canon 10-22 f3.5, Canon 24-105 f4.0 and Sigma 18-35 f1.8 Remote shutter release and a lens ball. Plus extra batteries and SD cardsFeedback
I took about 20-30 pics of the train station. This one jumped out as my favorite. So my advice is try many different compositions. It only cost you time.
