Behind The Lens
Location
This was taken on the amusement pier in Seattle, WaTime
This would have been mid morning, but the carousel is indoors so lighting is all artificialLighting
The room is indoor and the available light made the shot very yellow, it took a bit of cleaning upEquipment
This was taken hand-held with a Cannon RP mirrorless and 24-240mm lensInspiration
We were in town a few days leading up to a cruise, and were exploring the townEditing
This was massaged a bit using Lightroom. The color of the original was a bit off and took a bit of correctionIn my camera bag
These days my 'walk about' setup is a Canon RP Mirrorless with a 24-240mm lens, but I'll also carry a 5D Mk III with any number of lenses if I'm looking to shoot something specific. I do have a couple of crop sensor bodies if I want a bit more reach, the extra magnification from the 1.6 crop factor helps there. I'm usually looking for cool things at random while traveling, so I often don't plan shots beforehand - I'm a pretty impromptu/opportunistic photographer.Feedback
This was a pretty impromptu shot....
