Butterflies with watermark

This was taken at a Bluegrass Festival in Ronceverte WV. The instructor and Master was playing and his 2 year old student joined him on stage

I visited a local rookery and spotted this beautiful creature with full breeding plumage on "display" for all the potential mates.

Relaxation

We stopped for lunch and these beauties were growing near the side of the road. The brilliant color caught my eye and luckily I had my camera.

Took this while visiting Italy in 2022.

Alaska..a desert in the Yukon. Sand and snow!

Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo from the deck of a local beach restaurant called the Palm Pavilion on Clearwater Beach Florida.

Time

This shot was taken at sunset.

Lighting

Mother Nature took care of the lighting for this shot!

Equipment

I used a Canon Rebel T6 on Aperture Priority mode. No flash, handheld. Settings are 1/160 sec, f/6.3, 110 mm, ISO 100

Inspiration

I wanted a good sunset photo and the silhouettes of people, etc. made it even more special to me.

Editing

Nothing special...just cropped.

In my camera bag

I usually have the Canon Rebel T6 and a Canon 90D along with several lenses and a monopod and a tripod.

Feedback

Patience. I had to wait for the sun to get in the right "spot" for this one. But...well worth the wait and no better place to do it~
