The sun sets opposite this pier for a week or so during the whole year. I was visiting this place every day for 15 days and I got lucky once. The clouds were low in the horizon and the wind was strong enough to create movement in a long exposure capture. Camera Nikon D800 on Gitzo legs , Nikon 14-24 f-2.8@ 18mm. Exposure 58.0 sec; f-18; ISO 100 with the help of a 10 stop Nisi plus a 3 stop nisi ND grad.
