I had an opportunity to capture some animal shots while visiting a wildlife park during a past trip to Florida. One of the images from that visit that I've always liked was a simple shot of a zebra grazing in a field. I remember thinking how symmetrical the stripes were, and thought I could eventually work that into a composition about symmetry and patterns found in nature.

I really wasn't fond of my original image by itself, I did have a very sharp capture of the animal. I felt the background was too busy, although I knew Photoshop could always help me remedy that situation. ;)
