Pictured here is a shot of the Annisquam lighthouse at sunset; one of my favorite locations along the New England coast.
On this particular evening, there was an amazing radiant orange glow reflecting off almost every surface for as far as the eye could see. It was quite an amazing sight, and a beautiful way to close out the day.
- Some brief information on the Annisquam Light:
The lighthouse was established in 1801, on what was formerly known as Wigwam Point. It's one of the oldest lighthouses found in Massachusetts.
The Annisquam light made an appearance in the Meg Ryan film The Women (2008), supposedly doubling for a lighthouse located on the coast of Maine.

"Annisquam Sunset" is a HDR, blended together from 5 separate images +-- 1 stop ea.
The resulting image was processed using a combination of ACR, Photomatix, and Photoshop (includes the use of Topaz Labs plugins -- Adjust, Clean, Denoise, and Glow).
