I decided to work on this image of the NYC skyline from last year, as I've been thinking a lot about my home city lately. New York City is having a very rough go of it right now (as we all are), but locally they have been hit particularly hard.

It's hard not to be thankful for all the hospital workers, doctors, first responders, supply chain workers, delivery folks, and so many that are putting their lives at risk to help others. It's amazing to see the strength and courage they have, and how they've become a beacon of hope to all of us in such a difficult time.

I'm very grateful to them, and sincerely hope they stay safe for themselves, their families, and the rest of us as well. I know I can't say it enough, and no words of mine can truly express it, but thank you all so very much!
