Location

I was hiking on Mount Sljeme (Medvednica) where there is a famous ski resort (World Cup "Snježna Kraljica") near the Croatian capital Zagreb and this picture was taken there.

Time

It was 11:30 in the morning.

Lighting

Lighting was natural on cloudy day.

Equipment

Olympus E3 and Olympus Digital Zuiko f:2,8 - 4, 12 - 60 mm, @ 50 mm handheld was used.

Inspiration

A rather skilled athlete one (that day) among many skiers was the inspiration to record his skill.

Editing

I only made basic adjustments to exposure, contrast and sharpness, as I do with most of my images.

In my camera bag

When I go on foot i Wear Olympus E-3 and Zoom lenses f:2,8-4, 12-60 mm and f:2,8-3,5, 50-200 mm. When I go with car I also take the Olympus E-520, f:2, 50 mm Macro, teleconverter 2X, sometimes I want to shoot with an old OM reflective (mirror) f:8 500 mm lens. I rarely use the flash and tripod, mostly at home.
