This tower was designed by architect César Pelli and is located on the sea coast of the city of Mar del Plata, Argentina. In 2004, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects received the Aga Khan Architecture Award for the design of the Petronas towers. In September 2010 the New York City Council approved the construction of a new building designed by its studio, the "15 Penn Plaza", which will be among the six tallest buildings in the metropolis.

Esta torre fue diseñada por el arquitecto César Pelli y se encuentra ubicada sobre la costa marítima de la ciudad de Mar del Plata, Argentina. En 2004, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects recibió el Premio Aga Khan de Arquitectura por el diseño de las torres Petronas.
