Behind The Lens

Location
The photograph was taken at the house of a friend photographer. She bought the house not so long ago and it seemed to be a good setting for shoots :-)
Time
We started a bit before noon because we al need a moment to get 'worked in', at least I know I do :-) Here we are already mid-afternoon and it was a summer day in early spring.
Lighting
The picture is all natural light. That's my thing, I like to work that way. It gives me and the model opportunity to move around more freely.
Equipment
My handheld camera with a 50mm lens.
Inspiration
As usual the model did for the most part. She has something about her that makes just her perfect for such 'cinematic' scenes.
Editing
I balanced the light a bit more in post processing and I also did a bit of colour grading and close to none in skin retouching, and that's it.
In my camera bag
For this shoot the only unusual addition was the 50mm lens. But it might become a regular next to my 70 -200mmm. My light meter as always.
Feedback
Make sure you and your model turn into the light the right way an look for an interesting shadow on the window.
