Battling at war
I celebrated my Christmas Eve by these sculptures in Borrego Springs. One of them that I had always wanted to photograph was this piece of art. Scorpion. This particular shot that I took provoked an image in my mind that it was battling at war like in Starship Troopers. The airplane trails in the sky certainly looked like missiles flying over. In order to achieve this, I stacked three 20-second exposure shots.
