Dom Perignon (and even a magnum..... jammie); one of the very best champagnes. I've tasted one (a different year) and it was amazing. The only real competitor is a top level Krug (I think I do like that even more....). But don't ever touch a Moet & Chandon (from the same wine house as Dom Perignon); it's one of the worst (middle priced) champagnes to my opinion.
