Location
Photo was taken at the close by Leivonmäki National Park during summer 2017.Time
This was shot around 18.00.Lighting
Only natural light was used.Equipment
Despite being shot at 18.00 i had to use tripod because there weren't that much light left in the gorge where i took this photo. 17mm Tokina AT-X Pro wide angle, tripod and natural light.Inspiration
It was the second time that i visited this place and this time took my family with me. I asked my oldest son to go stand in that position and look to the stream because i felt that the photo would have been a bit empty otherwise.Editing
I had to fix the white balance in the lower part of the photo because the stream had bluish color in it. I used brush tool in the stream and then shifted the color to more warmer tone. Post processing done in Lightroom with basic lens profile, sharpening and contrast fixes. In my camera bag
I have my trusty old Konica AR 50mm f/1.7 and Tokina AT-X Pro 17mm f/3.5 with me all the time. For macro work there's the Sigma 105mm f/2.8 and for longer reach the Sigma 80-400 4.5-5.6. Of course there's the extra batteries, nd-filters, remote, cleaning kit and a bottle of water.Feedback
Adding human element can add more interest to the photo. You can always put your camera on a tripod and then put yourself into the photo, either by using wireless remote or self-timer on camera. Or get a son to do it for you!
