Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo at local skatepark, my son was skating and i was rollerblading.

Time

This was shot around 17.00 pm.

Lighting

There was more than plenty of natural light.

Equipment

Shot with Samsung NX1000 and Samyang 12mm f/2.0 lens.

Inspiration

Sky was intense so i chosed to take some portaits, its something that i dont do that often. Intense sky along with asphalt and some graffiti made good spot for skater portrait.

Editing

I like b&w portraits and thought that this would be great as b&w too, i think 12mm goes well with skater portrait. Photo has some street credibility if nothing else.

In my camera bag

Along with my fast 50mm i have this 12mm f/2.0 too for landscaping that i love so much, it's pretty versatile lens.

Feedback

I tought that sky was important when doing landscaping, but it really does wonders in any kind of photographing - watch the sky!
