A strong wind and a rain squall is sweeping closer, but i stopped to take my last photo of the day, carefully framing my subject even in the rush. As I have just sponsored a challenge on framing I though perhaps i might point out how framing makes the image work. Look carefully and you can see that all lines and shapes have been carefully organized. From the confusion of the natural scene i have selected specific elements ( corralled them) and through manipulating my telephoto zoom lens, my angle of view, I have made it into a satisfying image for myself and hopefully one that communicates well. Observe, record, communicate.O.R.C., oh my gosh, Ents and Orcs, where am I?
