Natural lighting inspires most of my photography, especially with this portrait. The way it moves, creates shadows, envokes emotion and enables the artist to envision and compose the amount of stunning natural light through their own artistryEditing
I use very little post-processing in my photographs as much as possible because I yearn for the time when photography was just that. I love that by taking a photo simply from your camera and your imagination is what true photography is. In this new world of turning a photograph into a digitally computerized work of art, it sometimes takes away from the actual photography act itself. So with this image I used slight enhancements only with post processing and try to make my original photograph my work of art.In my camera bag

Using your imagination while creating portraits with natural light can open you to various discoveries you can bring to life simply by using your camera, subject, angles, composure and the use of natural light with shadows. You can achieve all this by setting up your subject accordingly to the light or by using both props or angles to create shadows and light in a way that inspires you. You can also just find the perfect spot with the perfect light to create this look which is what I did with this close-up portrait.
