On the way up Steven's pass, this improved stopping point had a great little trail and area to explore and take a break right off of Hwy 2. I look forward to taking a longer trip to this area, specifically for photography and hiking hopefully in the fall. I cannot wait to get to some of the more spectacular lakes and waterfalls in the Henry M. Jackson wilderness and surrounding areas. Hard to complain when you can walk 30 seconds from your car for a nice little break and scene like this!
