Photo was taken at approximately 8:15 pm.Lighting
It was a night time shot using ambient lighting.Equipment
This shot was taken freehand with a Nikon D50 camera, ISO 1600, 45 mm with a Nikkor 18-55 3.-5.6 lens at 1/60 sec.Inspiration
The Sukhothai Historical Park is an extremely photogenic area containing many ancient temples and pagodas. This was one temple with sufficient light for the photographing the Buddha statue.Editing
Photo was post processed in Lightroom with sky adjustments made in LandscapePro.In my camera bag
This was one of my earlier photographs and all the equipment carried on this trip (Nikon D50 DSLR, 18-55 and 55-200 Nikkor kit lenses, and a Lowpro camera backpack) have been replaced with more modern camera gear better suited for travel photography. I now use a Nikon D810 or D850 paired with a 28-300 mm Nikon lens and a Sigma 10-20 mm wide angle lens in a Pelican case).Feedback
