This shot was taken in Budapest, Hungary at the Jewish Holocaust Memorial Center Museum. This is part of a VERY powerful exhibit between exhibits. As the museum visitor is leaving the initial exhibit area you are funneled into a narrow hallway where the sounds of marching feet are played in an endless loop with intermittent interruptions of German soldiers voices speaking. It is an bone chilling experience that even after walking though I kept glancing back to that area because of the power of the moment. Photography was discouraged in the museum; however, I took two shots in the area because It was so striking and we were the only ones in the museum the whole time we were there. If you ever get a chance to make it to Budapest, this memorial should be on your list. The architecture and exhibits were amazingly designed to tell the story in a very powerful way!

Wow, very striking. Can I ask what it is? (Regardless, it makes me want to remove my entries from "Geometry in Black and White". Good job!)

Thank you for the kind words! I just added a description for the photo and thank you for reminding me to do so because this was a very powerful moment on a recent trip to a Budapest.

Great capture. Very interesting back story on the image as well. Thanks for that write up.
