Piran streets are old and narrow. Their beauty is best seen at night when walls are illuminated by road lamps and the light falling through the windows. Stonewalls then come to life.Equipment
I have Nikon D3200, kit lenses 18-55 VR II and tripod.Inspiration
Piran is an ancient town and one of the most beautiful cities in Slovenia. It is a mixture of Venetian and Austro - Hungarian architecture, remnants of war and culture. The streets are typical Mediterranean: narrow and steep. The city is beautiful and I wanted to present a piece of its beauty.Editing
I'm Linux fan and I'm using only open source software. I merged 3 shots with LuminanceHDR and repaired contrast with GIMP.In my camera bag
I do not have a lot of equipment. I am disabled (invalid) and I need to pay attention to the weight of equipment. Two years ago when I had to deal with disability and radical change of life, I bought a Nikon D3200. However, the shooting soon became my passion and way of life. I have a kit lens 18-55VR II and Tamron 70-300 Di VC USD. Later I bought a tripod. For macro photography I'm using the rings.Feedback
Photography is a way of life, an in-depth understanding of your surroundings. In the most difficult moments of my life I started to take pictures, excepted my disability and limitations. My life was given meaning and joy. Photography is an observation. Be patient, wait for the right light and plan ahead. Above all, be open to new challenges and try to photograph the same subject in different ways.
