Location
The photo was taken in the street on a rainy day in FlorenceTime
Walking under a rain, the girl walked in front of the writing you saw and took the picture. The picture of the woman we men love. They were about 4pm (4.21 to be precise) in 02/19/2012.Lighting
When you are in the street and you see an image that strikes you, you have to be ready to shoot without having to think too much about the settings of the machine. I prefer diaphragm priority by first setting the iso. Obviously the photo is in natural light.Equipment
Photo taken by hand. At that time I used the Nikon D300S equipped with 18-200 f3.5-5.6 G I did not use other equipment.Inspiration
The picture was inspired by the beautiful smiling girl who passed under that writing. The association between woman and love was immediate. She smiled and this has further increased the desire to photograph her.Editing
Post production was limited to the development of raw and clarifying some shadows on the face with Photoshop after converting the black and white photo. No further processing except removing a door in the wall with a clone stamp. In my camera bag
Nikon D5 e D750 with triage Nikon: 14-24; 24-70 and 70-200. I have other lenses available but these are never missing in my bag along with the remote snap and tripod.Feedback
When street photos are taken, shutter speed is important. I normally work in diaphragm priority after adjusting the iso. I go very instinctively even if the rules would say that, finding a nice background, one should wait for the passage of the person. I do not love this system but try to capture the camera with the camera and see the eye at that particular time.
