Geese together by a marina and all facing the same direction seemed to be getting ready for a "Take-OFF" into the sky. That's exactly what happens moments after this photo ( see other photo of 'take-off" in this profile) . One of the largest geese seemed to "honk" out the signal and away they went using different methods to complete the take-off ( some were much younger) and honking also ....maybe a communication of what air space they wanted to use (?)
