Paddling out on the beautiful Huron River (Ann Arbor), to scenic Michigan winter wonderland. As the man on the board moved down the river just a short distance from the swans ahead at the bend of river . Because of the action of this man on the quiet river, the swans took off and hence I have the photo of four swans taking off at the same time ( notice each is in a different position on the "take off") ...see other image on this profile page of photos.

Paddling Into Michigan's Winter Wonderland ... very cold day when man on board made his way through ice down Huron River, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Absolute quiet calm setting with only action first being paddler and then swans in background became nervous and took flight. Color contrast of blue sky and water to white snow and ice were absolutely beautiful. Dianne Baker 6667
