This photo was taken on the shore of Lake Michigan with unusual coloring ( not bright colors usually seen) but coloring given out a magical feeling as a trail of light opened across the water to the sun.Time
About 9 pm as sun was setting on west side of Michigan, USA.Lighting
Not as much lighting as a bright sunset presents. Steadied camera on sandcastle and lined up the trail of light .Equipment
Cannon Power Shoot.... top of mound of sand to steady the camera... no flash...Inspiration
Observing a Lake Michigan sunset as I walked the beach... this trail of light seemed to draw me closer to the shoreline and beckoned me to follow this pathway to the sun. I could imagine walking from the sandy shore across the water to the sun.Editing

At the time I took this I only had the Cannon Power shot... now a more advanced camera and I carry different lens and sometimes a tripod.Feedback
