Mom and Dad eagle in northern Michigan, (Pentwater,) have huge nest on tree ( seen at top left of photo..probably weighing close to 1000 lbs.). Mom is taking off from nearby
limb to find food from Lake Michigan. This was an amazing "take off" to observe and even more amazing to be able to capture the tip toe take off position.
