Saw this car parked on Melrose Ave around the time the sun was setting. Wanted to create something abstract out of image but also wanted to keep a good deal of the real shot. The blur is real. Cars going by on slow shutter. The moon in sky was actually from street light. Buildings on right were modified but do resemble the real ones. Also changed the plate number to my birthday.
