Around 8pmLighting
A friend of mine had his wedding and wedding reception at the Milwaukee Art Museum. This large corridor was located off the main entrance and I couldn’t resist taking a picture of it.Equipment
Canon EOS 70D with Canon Zoom Lens EF 24-70mm 1:2.8 L II USM. Joby GorillaPod Tripod. No flashInspiration
The large open space with the arch reflections and the dramatic lighting. It was also perfect timing because it was empty or void of any people in the shot.Editing
I enhanced the contrast and reduced the noise due to the low light I shot it in.In my camera bag
In addition to what I used in the shot the only other thing I had with me was a Canon Speedlite 600EX-RT but to capture the dramatic lighting did not use.Feedback
Have your camera with you as often as possible to catch shots you would miss. It was inconvenient for me to have my camera with me all day at the wedding but had I not had it with me I would have missed this shot.
