Location
This photos was taken from the Brooklyn Bridge. Every photo I take is an experiment and learning process for me.Time
This is one of my photos that has more acceptance from people. I found this location right after the sunset on my way back from a photo shoot. I planned it in advanced.Lighting
I wanted the lighting on this photo to show contrast in between the movement from the traffic lights and the stillness of the lights in the background from the beginning buildings.Equipment
This was shot on a Nikon D800, with an 24-70mm f/2.8 lens.Inspiration
it was mainly the contrast between the old bridge and the modern construction of the buildingsEditing
I usually capture my photos in raw and I do basic post-processing and adjust color. I think that doing it this way gives you the opportunity to make your own version of what I was able to get from my camera. In my camera bag
My Nikon D800 with an 24-70mm f/2.8 lens, and a 14-24mm 2.8 f/2.8, must have: 50mm f/1.4 for portraits.Feedback
When you are on a bridge capturing a photo were there is vibration and low light you need to pay attention on the shutter speed settings. New York is a place to look around, there is always a good photo opportunity to capture. It's good to capture the photo that you planned in advance but be flexible and look for different angles and you will be surprised how a different light and composition can work sometimes for getting better photos.
