Behind The Lens

Location
This was a studio shot taken at random while setting up a whole family. As the rest of the family was getting seated I noticed this young mother caressing and comforting her infant. I loved the way the light was hitting them and zoomed-in on the moment.
Time
This was an early afternoon shoot.
Lighting
Originally meant for a large group setting I simply turned off my soft fill and let my overhead main light expose the scene.
Equipment
Canon 5D Mk II, handheld and 2 studio lights.
Inspiration
A tender moment between mother and child.
Editing
Processed through Adobe Camera RAW
In my camera bag
Canon 5D Mk II, Canon 24-70L, 580EX II Sppedlight, Polarizer filter and ND filters.
