I took it in the royal palace of Arranjuez in Spain.Time
It was sometime in the afternoon..Lighting
It was drizzling and overcast when I took the photo.Equipment
I used a Sony RX-100.Inspiration
It looked very nice. I liked the columns and the architecture and thought that it would make a nice image in black and white.Editing
Yes. I converted it to black and white using the nik plugin for lightroom silver effects pro. I also changed the contrast a little. In my camera bag
I just changed to using a mirrorless camera from a nikon DSLR. I now carry around a Sony A6000, a leica summar 50mm f2 lens with an m39 to emount adapter. A Yashica 50mm f1.4 with adapter. A Sony 16-55 kit lens.Feedback
I think the only advice is to keep taking photos. Practice with your equipment until you know how to use it properly enforce buying anything new. I'm learning how to use manual focus after starting out with an autofocus dslr so it's a bit of a challenge and why I only carry three lenses with me.
