This photo was taken in Romulus New York.Time
This was taken around 4:00 P.M. the sun was getting low in the sky and my husband and i were just driving slow getting some last shots before it got to dark.Lighting
The sun was getting low in the sky but it gave a nice glow on this mother and baby as they shared a special moment, i did have to lighten the picture a little bit to bring out more color.Equipment
I used a canon 50DInspiration
I love the deer shots they have such beautiful eyes and i like to capture there expressions as they try to see what i'm doing when i'm taking there picture there such curious animals.Editing
In this shot i didn't do a lot of processing except lighten it a little and enhanced it a touch the natural lighting was really good so i didn't need to do a lot.In my camera bag
I have a new canon 70D that I use now with an 18mm-135mm lens with a 150mm-600mm lens for the longer shots, i don't like to use a tripod because most of the time i'm moving around to much to keep setting one up.Feedback
What i can really say is go out and enjoy being out in nature she has a lot to show us and a lot of beauty to discover, deer are very curious animals most of the time they will just stand there while you get a quick shot off at them but you do have to be quick, the best times for deer photography is toward dusk and early in the morning.
