The Adirondack Mountains are one of my favorite places to see the fall folliage. I may be biased though, I used to live there:) loving all the colors in this photo!

I took this photo up in the Adirondacks New York.Time
This was around 3:00 P.M. it was a cloudy day so the sky was not very blue.Lighting
The sky was cloudy so i didn't have the sharp sun making to many shadows in the trees which to me helped bring out the colors.Equipment
I used the canon 50D 18mm-135mm lensInspiration
My husband and I always travel to the Adirondacks for the beautiful fall colors, when I saw this area I just fell in love at how beautiful the colors were.Editing
I enhanced the colors a little and sharpened the picture to bring out more definition but mostly the picture was perfect as it was.In my camera bag
I usually have a canon 70D with a 18mm-135mm lens along with my 150mm-600mm lens always at my side.Feedback
My advice is just get out there and just see what you can see, we just happened to be driving around and saw this beautiful area and I had to get a shot of it, you never know what you might see if you never get out and explore new places.
