Location
In a hillside garden, on a wet summer's day. This Breath-taking flower was hidden among thick green foliage and it was raining quite a bit, so I had to do shoot it quickly. I did not realise what a whole lot of detail it had until I viewed it later.Time
Afternoon.Lighting
Nothing much really, I depend mainly on natural lighting.Equipment
My Canon Travel Camera. I used a 10 M lens without a flash.Inspiration
My inspiration is all things Nature. God has created everything so beautifully, and ,what I and so many other nature photographers do, is try and showcase a little bit of the amazing beauty we see all around us in the natural world.Editing
No. I generally never post-process any of my nature pics.In my camera bag
Right now, I'm using a digital camera. I believe that the person behind the lens and what's in front of the lens matter more than the type of cam one uses. However, some of the latest cams are pretty cool when it comes to capturing certain details that a digicam may not be able to.Feedback
Your inspiration is around you. You need not go to some "special" place to look for it. Just take a look around you. Also, you don't need a fancy device to do all the talking, just use what you have to the very best of its utility. Thank you VB! It's been an absolute pleasure.:) P.S. I would really appreciate it if this stays on the VB Blog(in case you decide to publish it) and not on any other social network. Cheers!
