Location
It was an overpass on a road in Istanbul`s anatolian side where you have always traffic.Time
It was midnight but still with traffic. I decided to experiment and went to the overpass where i can shoot the traffic lights.Lighting
The moon wasn`t shining so much and i had a great light. The road lamps made it a little bit difficult but at the end it was nice to have those lights.Equipment
I used my 550D camera with a 18-135mm lens. I used my tripod because i was taking the photo without flash. Bulp mode just made my day. I stand there, enjoyed the moment and shoot it. Of course the remote shutter was a big help !Inspiration
I always liked photos with light trails of cars. I wanted to make a one too and seeing so many photos looking amazing with light trails of cars forced me to take this picture. It was my first light trail photo.Editing
I didn´t need much post-processing except color optimizing, sharpening and contrast changes.In my camera bag
I have always a backup battery, remote shutter, haze filter, polarizing filter, memory card and cleaning set in my bag. Sometimes my tripod. You can never now.Feedback
The night is amazing and you can see so many lights. Night photography is something every one should do. The details you can get or the light games you can capture are just a different experience. Nights can be full of suprises !
