This catholic chapel, located in Sedona, Arizona, was conceptualized in 1932 by a local rancher and sculptor, Marguerite Brunswick Staude, who was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. Completed in 1956, the unusual building was given an Architectural Award Of Honor in 1957. It is reputed to be located upon Sedona's famous spiritual vortex.
