Location
I’m a self taught photographer, I started back in 2012 and it really grew into a passion. I took this picture in a farm field and I was leaving the field and noticed the composition looked perfect so I took the shot as fast as I could.Time
This image was taken at dusk, just as the sun was setting everyone turned there machine lights on and it made for a unique shot.Lighting
The lighting to me is very unique, capturing the machines lights at the same time as the sun was setting turning the sky orange gave it a warm autumn feelingEquipment
I believe it was my Nikon D800 or Nikon D600 the picture was not taken with a tripod as I do not use tripodsInspiration
Inspiration for the photo was to give people the opportunity to see what farmers must do to provide the world food, working long hours and sacrificing there time that others take for grantedEditing
Not much editingIn my camera bag
I normally keep a Nikon D810 at my side with a Nikon 70-200mm lens attached. I also keep my D800 near with a Tamron 24-70mm for wide angle shots. I also keep a Nikon 50mm F1.8 in my bag along with a heavy Nikon 200-500mm near. I however never use a tripod on any of my shots.Feedback
The key is to capturing a moment that you think is unique and an eye for different subjects at the spur of the moment, you must always be ready for that perfect shot
