Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Naiagra Falls in the year 2013. I was on a office trip to USA. Went to Niagra falls during a weekend with my friends.

Time

It was taken at night when the falls was beautifully illuminated with colorful lights.

Lighting

No additional lighting used.

Equipment

It was a hand held shot with a very basic nikon point and shoot camera. No question of any sort of additional lens, flash or tripod.

Inspiration

The beauty of the falls in day time was nice , but the evening lighting actually was awesome. It was really difficult to get some empty space to be steady and take the shot. Somehow i managed to get a corner and click it.

Editing

Very basic post processing. Little bit of brightness, contrast and noise reduction.

In my camera bag

Now I have a canon 80d, 1 18-135 lens, nd filters and tripod.

Feedback

You need a steady hand, if not using tripod. Take few shots, as 1 may not be perfect. I took few shots and this one came out to be best.
