I took this shot from Empire State Building, NYC during my trip to USA in 2013.Time
I went for a whole day tour of New York city with my friend. The last attraction to cover was Empire State Building. By that time, my friend was tired as he travelled from India previous day only, and left for home.So in the evening, I went alone there and after climbing to the observation deck, I realized that, I have done a good thing by staying back.It was dark by that time when I took the snap, may be around 8pm.Lighting
I loved the view and just tried to capture that as a nice memory.Equipment
Forget about equipment..Many of you may not believe, I took it with a Nikon coolpix point and shoot small camera. I think it was something 8 or 10 MP camera. No tripod and no question of any special lense.Inspiration
I loved the view. It mesmerized me and I thought it is worth capturing as a sweet memory.Editing
A little bit of post processing, nothing major...Basic contrast, brightness and sharpness adjust. A bit of vibrance and saturation adjust..That's all.In my camera bag
Now I carry a Canon 80D along with 18-135 lens.Feedback
I am not a pro..And I don't think I should give suggestion to a forum where so many skilled persons are there.
