So I'll dig a little deeper than what the eye can see" ~Mindy Gledhill~
I found this feather stuck to the thistle while searching for birds to photograph at Bear Lake, Utah. I had a Tamron 150-600 lens on the camera so the bee was a surprise I discovered when I zoomed in from a distance. A moment later a gust of breeze dislodged the feather just before the bee left the flower. A chance occurrence I was fortunate enough to see. Handheld in natural light.

Thank you Alwolfe, I wasn't too sure if I should call it macro or not since I was quite a distance from the subject. I typically think of macro photos as subjects shot at really close range.
