Behind The Lens

Location

I was visiting my son who lives in Brazil and he took us to this beautiful city of flowers, Holambra, I was very anxious to see the place and be able to take some photos, of course I had my equipment, always ready, trying to record beautiful moments and beautiful places

Time

It was shortly after noon that we were able to arrive at this farm where they cultivate flowers, it is not the best time, but everything results in learning, being able to adapt to the moment, to the light, and try to give the best of oneself

Lighting

I wanted my photo to tell a story, to incorporate the environment, the sun was filtering through some clouds, that justo appear, giving a little less contrast, so I waited for the right moment, and incorporated the windmill in the frame near my model

Equipment

I used my beloved Nikon D750 and a Sigma art 105, no tripod needed, only natural light

Inspiration

It is said that 'we are what we eat', so I think we are also everything we see and hear, so I guess if we feed our mind and heart with enriching stories, beautiful music and works of art, it will soon be reflected in our way to see life and the way we take our photographs too.

Editing

I always edit my pictures un Lr and Ps, I edit because I want people can see not only what I see but also what I feel

In my camera bag

A telezoon and a wide angle, extra memories cards and batteries, also a cleaner
