Location
We wanted to take our autumn photos with my granddaughter, the place we had chosen was impossible for us to enter that day, so we walked around the place a bit and along the way we saw majestic hundred-year-old trees with their golden leaves falling everywhere, so we didn't doubt and we throw ourselves into a feast of leaves!
Time
It was already the magic hour, with its golden tones it was going to give us all the beauty of autumn
Lighting
I was looking for the light to impact the image and the story I had in mind to tell, so I positioned my model in such a way that the light filtered by the branches of the trees fell gently from behind at 45° and thus was soft and will achieve a beautiful rim light
Equipment
This was shot on Nikon D750 ando Tamron 70-200, natural light only

Inspiration
Sometimes we have certain photos in mind that we want to take but we can also have unforeseen events, as happened to us having to change the location at the moment, so it is best to be open to new possibilities.
Editing
Usually I do post processing in Lightroom ando Photoshop.
I edit My pictures because I want to show not only what I see but what I feel
In my camera bag
The first thing I pack is my Nikon camera, its robustness always gives me confidence, I don't forget to take a prime lens to do some zooming, like the 50 1.4 and telezoom to give it greater depth of field and so the model detaches from the background, in my case the 70-200 is inevitable!
Feedback
Photography is writing with light, so we must learn to understand the light and use it to tell the story we want to tell. Sometimes we have to take some time to wait for the best time or spend our time looking for a location where we can filter the light to enhance our models, but it will be worth all our effort to do it better!
