Recently I had the great experience to attend a Scott Kelby seminar and meet a Viewbug friend Eleazar. The night before I ate at Boudro's Bistro on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. This was my Hors de Oeuvre and was the Black and White Soup (Black Bean and White Cheddar with peppers). Highly recommended with a glass of white wine.
