Tonight’s dinner was a scratch made vegetable stock base for the miso, with rotates sweet potatoes, baby bok choy, tofu, carrots, bean sprouts and tofu. Plenty of protein, and the shiitake added a meat mouthfeel.
The martini? A house made chamomile sour, elderflower and Japanese gin. My own recipe.
