After the two story garage was constructed on our Monte Rio California Property in October of 2002 I called my good friend and associate, Adrian Fuhrman to help me construct a solid staircase on the back of the building. All the stair material was two inch thick Rough-Hewn Seasoned Construction Heart Redwood. The project took a little over two weeks to be completed and painted. Notice the left side of the first step is on a block up the thickness of the two inch Construction Heart Redwood Threads. Also the 4X4 unpainted post has been cut to accommodate the outside redwood 2X4 unpainted Hand Rail. When the stair case was finished it was solid as the is long!!
