Location
When I was living in Durham I lived by a preserve call Penny's Bend and this day I took some people out to be able to photograph this location.Time
This was mid afternoon.Lighting
Nothing great was with the light besides waiting long enough to get it to hit the trees so they would glow with those yellow/green hues.Equipment
I used Canon 5DsR with the Zeiss 15mm on a RRS tripod.Inspiration
Tough location to get a good composition at, especially if your scared of heights. I was trying to use the lines to my advantage and hopefully I came close.Editing
Processed in Capture One and some slight contrast and color corrections in PS using Lumenzia. In my camera bag
Currently Canon 5DsR + Mark IV with the holy trinity lineup (15mm, 24-70mm, and 70-200mm)Feedback
Not as many people it seems wanna do the research of finding new places they just expect people to tell them or hand it to them. My advice is its much more rewarding by searching on something like Google Earth to find places that are new and could be interesting. Just my 2 cents.
